To
inform citizens, institutions, and other interested parties about policies,
initiatives, and decisions, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Green Transition and
the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency Fund have publicly published
an updated document entitled Information about the Status of Waste Management.
The document comprises information about the launched call for the submission of
data on locations with irregularly disposed waste and remediation of sites contaminated
with waste, proposals for improving regulations, and current developments related
to hot spots.
This is information on the status of major determinants of the waste management
system in Croatia, as well as the activities carried out by the Ministry of Environmental
Protection and Green Transition and the Environmental Protection and Energy Efficiency
Fund, which is periodically updated and published
on the websites of the Ministry and the Fund.
