The managing bodies of the Fund are the Board of Directors and the Director of the Fund.
The Management Board manages the Fund, and the director represents and acts on behalf of the Fund.
The director manages the operations of the Fund and performs other transactions laid down by the Act, and the scope of authority and responsibility of the director are stipulated by the Statue of the Fund.
